How Referrals Work
Neuro Wellness TMS Centers of America is an outpatient psychiatric neuromodulation center in Coral Springs, Florida providing advanced treatment options for depression, including SAINT® TMS, conventional TMS, SPRAVATO®, and accelerated neuromodulation options. We accept referrals from physicians, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for adults whose symptoms have not adequately improved with standard treatment.
Complete the referral form below and our clinical team will review your patient's needs and contact you to coordinate care. We handle insurance verification, prior authorization, and treatment scheduling so your patient can focus on getting better.
